Bad customer service this is Second time with in two months coming to stor should be the Manger take action but he is races he not car about customer and I have vedio agens the stor how not be helpful and rude shame on Michael Kors Headquarter don't follow up with the customer and them review the employee been all the time on her phone let out 4 people and let in two people they are short staff

This place is terrible. Going in takes so long even there’s few people inside. Paying is even longer. White bald guy is just standing not attending customers in line. But when the other guy came of course white as well he right away accommodated him. When he was done with him he did not attend to customers in line maybe cause we are brown skin. Only one cashier working even with many customers lining up. Very bad customer service.

I had a great time looking at the merchandise.Nicole was so friendly, personable and helpful with telling me the great deals they had. I loved all of the products, but left without buying anything b/c I wanted to think about which purse I wanted to buy. I went back the next day and bought the purse that I really liked. Troy helped me with my purchase, went to the back and brought me back a new untouched purse.He was so friendly and conversational. When I got home, my boss saw my purse and wanted one. I called the store and asked for Troy b/c I wanted to buy another purse but wasn't sure if there were others in my location since I live 8 hours from Rosemont. He wasn't working at the time and the salesperson gave him my number to call me back. He called me back w/in a ½ hour. He checked to see if it was OK for me to pay over the phone and to ship it to me. Such great customer service!!! If I'm ever in that area again, I will purchase another purse, maybe 2 in case my boss wants one.

We used to love shop in Michael kors but not anymore the manager is so rude and the employee are so slow just going around the store with only 2 or 3 families in the store and the lady she stands by the entrance she just gets in peoples however she likes and spending all her time in the phone we was waiting in the line for ever and seeing the store only with 7 or 8 people inside and the outside line took more than 30minute because of the management they wanted to just talk to each other and having fun not helping customers or looking outside how’s the line looking

I’m from Canada drove 22hours to visit my aunt, I came home just now excited to go through the stuff I shopped for, I was disappointed to see I only have the left slip on/sandals inside the box. I will call tomorrow as it is already 11:19pm here, not to mention it will be a long distance call. We’ll see what happens! I don’t know what else to do! I am annoyed and upset. I paid for the full price … and they aren’t cheap! At the time I was there, two customers where buying about a dozen of purses and all three sales ladies were so busy attending to them, which I understand and I waited for my turn. Tried calling today August 7th, 11:05am my time - NO ANSWER!
